A wedding during Lent in a quiet Catholic church, where the sacred stillness of the season adds a reverent beauty to the entire ceremony. Especially with the statues that were gently shrouded in purple, as is tradition during this liturgical time.

The couple was incredibly sweet, and I couldn’t help but admire the mother’s stunning strawberry-red hair—it was a feature that deserved to be highlighted in their portraits. The little one’s giggles, the way they held each other, and the soft golden light breaking through the clouds made for a truly special session.

Walking through the UNT campus with my brother, camera in hand, was a moment of pure joy.
