Clear Creek Family Shoot

Photographing this family was extra special because I’ve known them for nearly eight years. I admire them more every time we meet.

The mom is one of the most selfless women I know—always giving, always serving the community with her whole heart. Her children are growing up surrounded by a true example of faith and charity, and it shows in the way they interact with each other.

We met at Clear Creek Natural Heritage Center in Denton, where nature gave us the perfect fall palette: tall straw-colored grass, winding trails, and a forest brushed with soft yellow leaves. With a backdrop like that and a family so full of life, the laughter and smiles came easily. I even caught a few rare smirks from their teenage son, which every photographer knows is gold!
