The Beauty of a Shared Mission

Moments from the DFW Catholic Home Educators Conference

This past Friday and Saturday, I had the privilege of photographing the DFW Catholic Home Educators Conference at the University of Dallas.

What a blessing it was to spend the weekend surrounded by so many faithful families, dedicated homeschool parents, inspiring speakers, and wonderful vendors serving the Catholic homeschooling community. The conference exists to encourage and equip families through speakers, panels, resources, prayer, and fellowship—and it was beautiful to see all of that come to life throughout the weekend.

One of my favorite parts of the weekend was watching friendships form, seeing mothers encourage one another, and witnessing the joy that comes from being surrounded by others walking the same homeschooling journey. Homeschooling can sometimes feel like a lonely road, but events like this are a reminder that we are part of something much bigger.

As a Catholic homeschool mom myself, it was especially meaningful to capture these moments. From the speakers and breakout sessions to the conversations in the hallways and the laughter between friends, there was a spirit of encouragement and community throughout the entire event.

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, speakers, vendors, and families who made this conference such a success. It was an honor to document the weekend and preserve these memories for the Catholic homeschooling community.
