Love Beneath the Autumn Sky

Recently, I stepped out of my car and into the gorgeous LBJ Grasslands in Decatur, Texas, camera in hand. The moment my foot touched the blanket of fall leaves, I knew I was back in my element, doing what I love.

After taking a year-long break, I’m back behind the lens, soaking in golden sunsets, crisp air, and the beauty of the outdoors once again. This session reminded me exactly why I fell in love with photography — capturing genuine moments of joy, connection, and hope.

My first shoot back was with a stunning young couple whose love felt effortless and full of promise for the future. Their laughter, the soft autumn light, and the peaceful stillness of the grasslands made for the perfect return.
